Contracts & Onboarding Pack
A handshake and a start date is not a hiring process. And an employment contract copied from a Google search is not legal protection. This pack gives Canadian small business owners the employment contracts and onboarding documents professional employers use to start every employment relationship the right way.
Four employment contract templates covering the most common hiring situations, plus six onboarding documents including a welcome letter, employee information form, first day checklist, orientation guide, probationary period acknowledgement, training tracker, and 30-day check-in guide. Every document is written in plain English with how-to guidance built in. All of it is ready to open, edit, and use today.
